Return & Refund Policy
At TESARCA, we want you to feel confident when shopping for Tesla accessories. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us first and we will help you through the return or refund process.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The return address may vary depending on the item and order location.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Quality Returns
For returns that are not caused by a product defect or our mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
This includes situations such as:
Ordering the wrong model or year
Changing your mind
No longer needing the item
Choosing the wrong color, size, or version
Fitment issues caused by incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
Returned items must still be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Used or Installed Products
Used, installed, modified, scratched, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be returned.
Many Tesla accessories are installation-based products. Once an item has been installed, attached, applied, cut, scratched, or used, it may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products
Used or installed products
Items damaged by misuse or improper installation
Items damaged by normal wear and tear
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please contact us first.
In most cases, the fastest way is to return the original item after approval and place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process the refund after the returned item has been inspected. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping fees are not refundable for non-quality returns.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it for you.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item.
Shipping Delays
Order processing and delivery times may vary depending on item availability, destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.
If your order cannot be shipped within the expected time frame, we will contact you with an update. You may choose to continue waiting or request cancellation and refund if the order has not yet shipped.
