Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, or if an item requires additional quality checking before shipment.
Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–20 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on item availability and warehouse location.
In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailbox, or delivery location.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@tesarca.cn and we will help you investigate the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
